exercises for back to school:)

I got these exercises from a blog www.beautysuperstar07.blogspot.com  .  
 She suggests as a morning workout  to do 20 of everything.  Let me explain.
20 crunches, 20 push ups, 20 lunges, 20 jumping jacks.

For night time she suggests running.
She also tells that you should start walking first to get your heart rate up and to stretch to ensure you don't pull a muscle.  I have to agree on both of those!
Running is a great fat burner that you can do alone or with a friend, just make sure you are hydrated when you go!
